San Diego Real Estate Prices – Still Climbing
According to a recent article at the San Diego Business Journal, San Diego real estate prices are still on the rise. The article also states that luxury home sales, in particular, remain strong.
Says the head of the San Diego Association of Realtors:
Luxury home sales have not been affected by the slowdown as much as other sub-markets, including affordable housing and median priced housing, said David Cabot, president of the San Diego Association of Realtors.
